We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer/Order Tracking Executive to educate our
support, sales and customer service teams by conducting seminars and interactive courses.
Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the- job coaching, developing
educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If you’re familiar with
teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, we’d like to meet you.
Order Tracking Executive responsibilities to manage daily shipping and distribution operations.
You will be the one to ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
A successful Order Tracking Executive is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication.
They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have great knowledge
of shipping and receiving procedures.
The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively.
Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
Familiarity with interactive learning activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Additional certification in training is a plus
