Job Description

Assist customers with any Malware, Virus, Hardware related issues.
Answer Phone to respond to customer inquires and troubleshoot for any Malware issues
Assist customers with installation / un installation of products.
Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues
Project a professional company image through phone interaction
Provide customers with product and service information
Transfer the customer appropriate department if required
Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required

Required Skills:

Technical Support / Tech Support / Help desk / Troubleshooting / Service Desk / Customer Support

Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.
