Troubleshooting / Fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers both US and Canada.
Real Time Technical Support.
Excellent written / phone etiquette skills.
Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction.
Good knowledge of Dell Products and peripherals.
High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Graduate (Technical-BE/BCS/BCA/BSc (IT)) Freshers or Undergraduate candidates with 12 months of experience can apply.
Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Software.
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills.
Must be a Team Player.
