Answer Phone to respond to customer inquires and troubleshoot for any Malware issues
Assist customers with installation / uninstallation of antivirus products.
Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues
Project a professional company image through phone interaction
Provide customers with product and service information
Transfer the customer appropriate department if required
Candidates with minimum 6 months of Technical support International voice experience can apply
Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.
Aspirants with good Tech knowledge and basic windows concept.
