2-5 Yrs experience as helpdesk support / desktop support, 2-3 yrs & current experience as an Project / Operations Manager in BFSI sector

Excellent communication skills, (active listening skills) and able to articulate and speak with clear voice Basic knowledge in different areas of Infrastructure Mgmt. Services.
Capability of building and maintaining cost-effective IT Infrastructure backbone addressing critical business needs .

Experience running a dynamic, growing organization in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Experience building relationships with executive leaders.Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities Experience in handling the Basic Vulnerability Assessments and General Security issues like probable data leakage etc. related to end points.


Capability to lead business process improvement engagements, Good written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders, including executive staff Integrated process, people, quality and commitment-centric approach to getting work done.
