To have the ability to realistically source, screen, and present qualified candidates, with the confidence to communicate unrealistic technical requirements and goals to hiring managers.
o Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
o Handling of end to end recruitment cycle from screening to closure.
o Pre- screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills, suitability etc.
o Submitting confirmed CVs to Account Managers.
o Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with the client.
o Follow- ups with candidates / Account Managers for status.
o Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
o Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
