Job Description

Understanding the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking
Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and organizations visions
Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting)
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Build and strengthen stakeholder management to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
Post offer follow-ups, documentation for pre-onboarding formalities
Preparing and managing daily, weekly & monthly reports for hiring managers and business
Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
