Transferring calls to concerned department like EMT (Escalation Matrix Team), DOA Team(Dead on arrival) if it is a new products
Serial number verification by matching CPU, keyboard, battery, mouse etc..
Technical skills for L1
-E-Mail Client Configuration & Support (Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express) Windows 7, 8 , 8.1, 10 Client Operating Systems , skylake and kabylake processors
-.LAN technologies like VLANS, VTP, Inter VLAN Routing, VLAN
-Gateway Redundancy protocols like HSRP,VRRP & GLBP.
-Enhanced Security Features like DHCP snooping, Port Security
- IP addressing schemes
-desktops , laptop and docking stations hardware and software troubleshooting
-MS Office Packaged and Mail Clients.
-Active directory, DNS and DHCP.
Must be a graduate
Must possess excellent communication skills
Willing to work for rotational shifts
