Job Description (Team Leader-EMAIL)
Salary - Upto 30k TH.
- Responsible for maintaining Attrition and absenteeism of team.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets.
- Monitor’s and Coaches the team in order to ensure the quality of customer
Experience meets the appropriate standard.
- Update, track and manage performance of team members.
- Enables and motivates team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences through ongoing support, development, empowerment and positive reinforcement.
- Communicates information in a timely, relevant and accurate manner to all team
- Conducts regular pre and post shift briefings.
- Manage a large and diverse team of Agents working towards pre-defined targets.
- Must know SLA, TAT, AHT, Quality, C-Sat, Schedule Adherence, Shrinkage
- Minimum 1 Year Experience as Team Leader on papers
- Preparing reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
- Should have excellent knowledge on MS Office tools like Excel, Power point.
