Team Leader / Sr.team Leader Sales-channel Sales
To ensure high productivity levels of his team and Partner Channels
Responsible to set and meet Partners Primary Sales targets cycle wise
Should adhere to sales cycle closing dates
Should communicate latest & revised schemes, policies, procedures & systems timely
Responsible for collections & disbursement of Partners dues
To monitor and control delivery, installation & customer training and courtesy calls
Jointly accountable for recruitment, Induction training & retention of his/her Team/Partner
To be punctual and ensure punctuality of his/her team at all field meetings
Responsible to impart field training to the Team/Partners
Should monitor daily task of his/her team working in the fixed allocated territory
Is responsible to submit Weekly Team Reports on Manpower, Market Visible activities, Secondary Sales details and market update to Sales/Business Heads on a weekly basis
Must ensure long term relationship with all customer/Influencers continuously through personal meetings & help them with required services
Must ensure internal customer satisfaction Ensure Partners meets monetary and other commitments to the Company on time and as per standards
Must ensure development of Sales people & Supervisors through continuous training, coaching & motivation through high performance orientation to build successors and meet expansionsq
Should preferably be a graduate with minimum of 4-6 year experience in Sales/Marketing or
MBA with minimum of 3-4 year experience in Sales/Marketing
Should have handled a team of 4-8 people, must possess good People Management & Team Building skills
Should have a good sales records, should be a go getter
Candidate with Channel Management experience would be preferred
Should have two wheeler
Should be good at Recruitment, Training, Coaching, Motivation, Goal Setting & retention of team
