Candidate should have minimum 4 - 6 Years experience in Insurance ( LIFE INSURANCE / GENERAL INSURANCE ) vertical only.
Initial 2 - 3 Years candidate should have hands on experience in selling insurance over call.
Further 2 - 3 Years candidate should have experience in handling team of Tele-Caller who are selling life insurance.
Set targets for all team members to meet up with
Continually reviewing and measuring team activities against targets, standards and service levels
Schedule and organize shift patterns for team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended to
Understand all organizations products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
Candidate should be from Insurance selling back ground only.
Graduation is mandatory, it can be from any stream.
