Job Summary:

 Team Leader Need to manage team and provide effective guidance. He will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills should be excellent. He should able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, he should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. The position requires exceptional sales, negotiation and communication skills, as well as land deals and valuation skills. The position requires the incumbent to own vehicle, and possess a current driver’s license.

 Oversee day-to-day operation
 Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
 Motivate team members.
 Discover training needs and provide coaching.

 Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
 Suggest and organize team building activities
 Sell property to achieve individual as well as team’s monthly sales targets as set by management.
 List and manage property for sale or lease including regular liaison with vendors, prospective buyers, and other essential parties.
 Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with service providers in designated field.
 Bargain or support bargaining with key essential service so as to enhance the cost structure.
 Prepares annual, quarterly and monthly update accounts on current opponents or business possibilities. Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
 Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct senior officer, suggest answers where obtainable. Supervise essential key account possibilities.
 Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff. Appraise performance of staff, give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
 Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective. Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods.
 Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.
 Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with the marketing, listing, lease and sale of property including a summary of conversation, correspondence and agreements with external parties.
 Conduct research of current and projected market trends as the basis for identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
 Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
 Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties.
 Conduct survey for property coming for sales.
 Work closely with Manager Project to develop and execute lead programs.
 Assist team members in preparing and providing sales reports and other projects as required.
 Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets.
 Be involved in activities designed to gain a greater market share including telephone canvassing, leaflet drops etc.
 Assist company to achieve budgetary targets from sales activities.
 You will have to report to the office of the “Satyamev Developcon Pvt. Ltd.”, in extra ordinary case, when you go to fetch business order from outside area and If is not possible for you to report to this office on that day, you will get relaxation in this rule on prior information for any particular occasion.
