Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle the client service team along with AM-Client servicing

- Manage a team of 8-10 client servicing associates

- Liaise with the Operations Team for high priority cases for assigned clients

- Ensuring steady progress on client requirements

- Share monthly reporting deliverables with superiors

- Ensure steady functioning of customer service operations to track and identify high value clients, build strong client relationships, and contribute to service enhancements

- Create and execute client servicing policies/strategies for the organization clients

Qualification:

Graduation/Post Graduation is must

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Man Management

- Go getter attitude

- Knowledge of MS Office

 

- Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds
