PRIMAY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team which includes, but not limited to:-
o Coordinating the team
o Delegating tasks
o Managing junior personnel
o Undertake Training
Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
Carrying out performance reviews
Be the Motivator, Supervisor and Mentor for the team.
Guide the teams vision and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
Responsible for all pertinent Reporting for the Management.
SKILLS and OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Excellent Communication skills written and verbal
People management skills
Planning and strategizing skills
Should have worked as a Team Lead (as per company records) for at least 1 year and should have undertaken at least one cycle of performance appraisals.
Size of the Team handled minimum 12-15 FTE.
Willingness to work in shifts (night or day), weekends and holidays depending on the requirements of the project.
Should have a Bachelors degree.
Minimum 6 years of experience, out of which:
o Minimum 1 year should be as a Team Lead (as per company records) and reporting into an Assistant Manager or Manager.
o Minimum 5+ years of work experience in US Residential Mortgage Projects preferably in Foreclosures, Loss mitigation, Loan Servicing, Underwriting or Loan Processing, US Residential Mortgage Compliance and Regulatory projects.
