Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have experience in tele-collection or telesales or insurance or loans process or other BFSI Process.
Should have experience in working in Business Process Outsourcing.
Should have one year of experience in leading the team of Tele callers those are designed for making outcalls.
Understanding the Sales Policy and communicating to the entire team with respect to implementation
Acting as the focal point for all actions by conducting reviews with the team on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Manage a team of assisted channel specialists or Tele callers to drive business and growth.
Deliver production metrics in terms of attendance, call adherence, conversion
manage quality and training needs.
Ensure Sales targets are met both in terms of value and number of accounts.
Manage Outbound Sales from delinquent customers through Tele Sales mode.
To ensure that targets assigned are met month on month with the necessary audit compliance
Needs to ensure allocation is been done to all CREs
Highlighting issues to next level immediately in case of escalations
Identify; prepare the next level to take up higher responsibilities
