Managing a team and assigning workflow timely and efficiently..
Work with Planning and Allocation to oversee the PO process
Analyze the existing system processes and highlight areas of improvements.
Created SOPs to streamline different projects and processes
Accurate and timely data input into system software to track production status
Works on pull out and push out reports
Works as Subject Matter Expert for the different functions
Responsible to gather, filter and represent data in the form leaders want for further reporting.
New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc
Responsible for owning multiple Purchase Order creation and maintenance requests for all geographies across world.
Responsible for tracking Shipment Report
Responsible for Split Management for Purchase Order
Responsible for Retail Style Management
Active and timely communication with VM team to notify completion of assigned work.
