* The incumbent will be expected to partner in running end to end recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from Sourcing to Candidate Offer with special focus on Referral campaigns internal talent movement and Inclusion Diversity initiatives.
* Understanding the need and influencing business to hire talent keeping in mind succession gap and filling critical positions.
* The incumbent will be expected to take ownership and guide the extended partners in creating a culture of execution excellence within the staffing operations, and ensure that there is zero miss on compliance related to the function and the company.
* The incumbent will partner with other Staffing team members to strengthen the sourcing expertise, and work towards enhancing the expertise and credibility of the function by pro-actively keeping oneself updated on the latest recruitment trend and customizing it for the needs of the clients.
* It is imperative for the incumbent to build and develop an inclusive approach and establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of the business plans and partner with them in working in filling succession plan gaps through external talent mapping exercise.
* Drive effective and periodic analytics and MIS to enable process adherence & compliance as per the organizational framework.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
* Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, Social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
* Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
* Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting search partners, using social media and job sites.
* Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
* Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
* Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications and competencies
* Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices within the industry.
* Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
