Provides day-to-day technical support to employees partners for laptop and desktop systems, software and hardware. Installs, configures and troubleshoots laptop and desktop systems workstations running windows 10 and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Person should have worked in an enterprise environment. Ability to deliver IT services for new employee. Ability to troubleshoot application within the laptop, desktop like MS Office suite including Outlook, WebEx, end point protection tools , backup client, printers, basic networking skills like LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, UDP, Subnets. Ability to coordinate with hardware vendor for hardware troubleshooting, call logging within SLA. Should be a good team player and work with the team to provide high quality support to employees. Ability to understand the support process and able to support OS upgrades and migration efforts.
Experience in Windows Operating system, ability to troubleshoot OS and patch level, Microsoft based applications and standard software’s , knowledge on HW and drivers are essential. Knowledge in MS Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint, SCCM is desirable.
Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently. Able to interact with all levels of management and people with different styles. Able to work in a high pressure and ever-changing environment.
