Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting market research primary as well as secondary on a regular basis across office, retail and residential segments, and being abreast with the latest trends in the Hyderabad real estate market.
Providing data inputs, analytical support and other value add inputs for research reports.
Maintaining real estate databases on a regular manner .
Tracking all supply (space available) in existing buildings, upcoming supply (secondary space & new projects) by interacting with landlords and developers.
Maintaining & developing good relation with the landlords & developers. Regular follow ups with them to seek information and payment follow ups from Landlords
Graduate in Economics, Finance, Urban Planning or an experienced analyst covering the real estate / infrastructure / logistics research sectors in AP/Telangana.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Good interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work quickly and cogently with minimal supervision and to integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
