- Should have a professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Should support the Developing team in testing and finding bugs.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
- The Client Support Executive is responsible to meet agreed service level delivery for the client they are working and ensure that individual as well as team imperatives are met satisfactorily.
- Responsible for handling the Research activities as per the requirement.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- post-graduate/graduation on B-Tech/MBA/Mcom
- Good communication Skills.
- Enthusiastic person with positive Vibes.
- 5 days Working.
