Job Description

We are currently hiring only Female Technical Support Executive

  • Should have a professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
  • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
  • Should support the Developing team in testing and finding bugs.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
  • Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
  • The Client Support Executive is responsible to meet agreed service level delivery for the client they are working and ensure that individual as well as team imperatives are met satisfactorily.
  • Responsible for handling the Research activities as per the requirement.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • post-graduate/graduation on B-Tech/MBA/Mcom
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Enthusiastic person with positive Vibes.


  1. 5 days Working.
