9)Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
10)Knowledge on Windows server, Linux / UNIX servers (Intermediate to Expert)
11)Knowledge on weblogic deployment.
12)Well versed with handling tickets and complete knowledge on SLA management.
13)Good understanding of ITIL process like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management concept.
