Ability to Design, Configure, Deploy and Maintain Sugar CRM 7.0 and latest versions
Work closely with senior management to drive CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
Serve as main point of contact throughout all project phases and lead the day-to-day executions & monitoring of all transformation projects and manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Write HLD & LLD for CRM design along with understand integration points across business services.
Deliver in depth CRM technical expertise to Business Architecture, Customer & other groups like CPQ, Omni Channel, Ticketing etc.
Work with Project Team (Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA and End User) to understand, analyze and implement functional requirements.
Identify, Evaluate and Recommend appropriate technology choices.
Explore new software design and architecture.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Available on emergency support out of shift hours round the clock.
Work with all members of development and project teams.
Own complete responsibility on the success of all assigned projects
