Coordination with Japanese stakeholders Embassy of Japan in India, Organisation of Technical Intern Training (OTIT), Supervising/Implementing Organisations in Japan, etc.
Keeping abreast with all communication w.r.t TITP in India and Japan. This will include following websites of OTIT, JITCO, Supervising / Implementing Organisations, translation of documents / papers from Japanese to English, and relaying all relevant and important information .
Periodic reporting to all stakeholders in Japan in consultation with Department Head
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure that all documentation work pertaining to India and Japan are error free and up to date.
Must possess JLPT level N2 and above proficiency in the Japanese language. Experience of working with Japanese firms like Japan International Training Cooperation Organisation (JITCO), Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) etc. will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
