Position Title: - Steward/Stewardess
Minimum Exp: - 2 Years or BHM Graduate with exceptional communication skills. Immediate joining would be preferred.
To maintain efficient and prompt guest service as per the standards
Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
To have comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Be aware of guests complaint handling procedure.
To retain guest preferences and develop guest recognition.
To work towards maintaining hygienic and safe environment.
Maintain high levels of personal hygiene
Should be aware of in-house facilities.
Be aware of emergency and safety procedures.
