Job Description

Responsible for retail sales of Air conditioners through all channels for states allotted.
Sales: as per assigned budget Primary Sales
Collections: as per company commercial norms
Track product mix and model mix in the marketplace
FOS productivity as per preset norms
ISPs productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC.
Expansion for achievement of 100% monthly targets :
Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV by appointing right distributors from the industry
To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification
To open all key accounts in consumer durable trade (RR, MOR & CSD)
Customer service with support of service team
ISP management
Display & merchandise
Competition information
Sales Forecasting and scheme redistribution
Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.


We are looking out for individuals to join and help us build the base for our newly launched category- Air conditioners. An ideal fit would be someone having a relevant experience of 9-15 years in AC industry with good connect with Distributors/ Dealers and Organised retail partners.
