Staffing Analyst - Recruiter
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to Joining for Contract Staffing/C2H/Permanent Staffing.
- Expected to fulfill requirements taken up and with superior client & candidate satisfaction.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates from Portals, head-hunting, social media, Online tech groups etc, in a specific technology area.
- Form relationships and generate profiles to meet set targets.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Permanent Staffing / Contract Staffing from a Consulting/agency side.
- Excellent sourcing skills.
- Good communication - oral and written.
- Drive and self-motivation to achieve assigned targets
- Good learnability, ability to research and understand the business process and ability to form good relationships with candidates
