Primarily drive End User support, ATM Support, New Branch roll-outs using the total outsourcing model
Responsible for Financial Management Service Desks PAN India ( currently 3 service desks located at Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi )
Financial Management of Rs 70 + Crs / Annually. Ensure timely provisions, closure of advances ( if any ), any payment disputes with partners, internal payment related queries, etc.
Participate in the Budgeting exercise and explore options for saving either through negotiations or by design.
IT End user security patch management / Desktop-Laptop imaging
Daily Call analysis and decisions based on the study
Escalation management of all user escalations and auto escalations from system.
Plan for annual team meets to ensure adequate reviews, introduce new initiatives, team bonding etc.
Review/analyze Vendor performances for related service deliveries.

Service Desk daily call volumes : 5,000 5,500 ( overall monthly approx. 120,000 )
ATM Support for 10,000 + ATMs ( Offsite, Branch and Captive )
End User products supported consists of :
70,000 + Desktops and Laptops; 10,000+ UPS; 22,000 + Peripherals; 1,800 In-scope MPS
Financial Management : The total finances managed by this team is approx. Rs 70 Crs + / Annum
Audit Interface for various audits ( Financial, Process, Socks based, etc ) ; At least 5 per month
