Responsibilities and Duties
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US based clients.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Sourcing from Job Portals like Monster, Dice and LinkedIn.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, negotiation, offer and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Making job postings on all the Job Portals.
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Direct Hire, Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions(w2 Experience preferred).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Must have hands-on experience on full-cycle recruiting and comfortable in Night shifts.
