Job Description

1 - The candidate must be a self-starter, quick learner, must take initiative, must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and leadership skills.

2 - Experience required is 1-4 years must in Chemicals Selling.

3 - Capability to set new customers

4 - Specifications Preparation and sampling of new products to the consumers.

5 - Promoting Company's Products to minimum 6-8 customers daily and inform details of the same in his daily & weekly report to his superiors.

6 - Should have strong credentials of leading a team and setting up distribution network.

7 - Generate demand for the Company's Products after explaining them the benefits of using the same.


8 - 
Candidates with strong selling management skills are required for this position.

9 - Candidates must be from Mumbai. Qualification required is BSC, Msc, Bcom, BE/diploma Chemicals.

10- Business Development & maintenance of the industrial Lubricant Additives & Finished Lubricants of Multi National Brands.

11- Knowledge in  Industrial consumables will be added advantage.

12- May require to tour within Western Region.

13- Plan targets & make a plan to achieve it.

 

 

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be below 40 Years. Should have good business communication in any language with workable English.
