Preparing effective techno-commercial proposal based on requirement.
Preparation of Techno-Commercial proposals as per clients requirement by using various estimation and costing methods.
Build and maintain healthy business relations with Direct Clients, HVAC consultants, Architects, PMCs, and Interior Designers, to receive enquires so as to achieve budgeted targets.
Developing the Technical sales representatives in the market for commercial projects sales.
Identify and network with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability with increased sales growth.
Attending Techno-Commercial meetings with clients at desired schedule.
Preparation of BOQ, Estimation, and cost of the project, by taking best price from the suppliers dealers and sub contractors
Coordination with customers, suppliers, Business associates and other departments.
Coordination with the Planning & Engineering Team for the basic design of the project
Coordination with Planning & Engineering Team for the Design aspects
Coordination for Drawing Approvals From the Consultants
Quantity Take off of Ducting, Piping, Insulation Valves & units etc.
Obtaining quotations from the Vendors & Business Associates, preparation of comparison statements and finalization of Vendors and Business Associates.
Assigning works to Business Associates for Carrying out ducting, piping, insulation, electrical & fabrication works as per approved layouts & specification.
Managing a team of Junior Engineers and giving guidance in technical aspects to achieve target on time without compromising the quality while executing the projects.
Co-coordinating with Engineering and Materials dept in executing the projects as per schedule.
Preparation of Construction Program , reviewing the project progress daily/ weekly, attending the project meetings for proper coordination with the other agencies to meet the customer requirements & achieving for on time completion
Corresponding with the Customers & Consultants at various stages from project execution to handing over.
Proper taking over of the project from the sales team warranty services as per the warranty clause.
Preparation of the Cost Variation Statements during the execution and thereby controlling the expenses.
Handling all projects as per there standards.
Business head for the entire operations which includes O&M, AMC , Revamp and Retrofit business.
