Role :

Instrumental in hiring and on-boarding the team for Corporate Office as well as Circle, facilitate development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and identification of future talent needs and proactively develop talent pool via social media, job boards, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deftly manage the recruitment process right from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements, facilitating smooth joining formalities and managing their exit formalities also.
Partners with business heads to support in talent acquisition and employee interventions.
Develop, manage and monitor the performance of multi skilled work force and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment and selection.
Look after HR & personnel queries of the employees pertaining to time office management, leave and salary administration etc., overseeing compensation and benefits to motivate employees for enhancing their productivity.
Maintain flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all level.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise:

8 -10 years of experience in managing End-End Talent Acquisition and Stakeholders staffing requirements.
Exposure to Telecom hiring (Operator / Fibre/ Infra) of minimum 5 years is a must.
Strong results orientation and follow through accountability.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels.
Self-motivated, be willing to work under stress.
