Sr. Manager - Compliance
The person would have the responsibility and accountability for ensuring all payroll, benefits, compliance and employee data management related transactions are executed as per defined SLAs, quality and timelines in relevant Hubs/ employee segments.
COMPLIANCE - 85% -(% completion of employee records/ documents, No of non-compliance instances as per audit)
Review and monitor compliance related documentation in employee and company records.
Track any compliance related policy changes and communicate to team as and when required.
Facilitate any internal and external statutory audits by providing the necessary data and documentation.
Audit Documents for Clients- SAM and Non SAM.
Ensure All Branch HR &document team is aligned on client requirement.
Remittance- PF, ESI, Labor fund.
Billing Documentation- 15%-( Timely and accurate updation of employee data in the system as per SLA)
Oversee employee data management activities at the respective hubs/ employee segment.
Monitor and track to ensure timely and accurate updation in the system as per defined SLA by team.
Monthly audit on document process.
Ensure data privacy standards are adhered.
Goal - Ensure more than 90% success on time accurate audit compliance documents.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
MBA/ Masters degree or equivalent, with preference for HR specialization, MSW.
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Manufacturing industry or any corporate with significant exposure to Labor law or Blue collar related Compliance.
Project manager skills.
Strong understanding of computers
Knowledge of Statutory Guidelines
