Manage a team of 15 to 20 executives
Manage day to day operations.
Handle daily client calls.
Share daily performance with client and arrange POA where required
Take the clients through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
Traits required: Smart, well spoken, aggressive
Education: Graduate (BE, BTech, BSc)
Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Hindi
Experience: 3-4 years in customer service in a customer facing environment. Telecom background is preferred.
