Sr. Executive - Learning and Development
Responsible to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of Career Mobility and Development processes, programs and initiatives
Accountable for designing, developing and automating Career Development modules ( Job promotions, Assessment Centre, Job Rotations) along with Systems Team
Responsible for career development of employees across all levels. Will implement and execute L&D initiatives like coaching, high pot mentoring, reverse mentoring, fast tracking programs and women leadership mentoring
Responsible for organizing career connects organization wide to make employees aware of various L&D programs & initiatives, and to maintain timely connects with the business teams
Responsible for Career Mobility across all functions by flawlessly running Job rotation programs globally
Will work with business and delivery teams to design, develop and architect business specific career interventions like Assessment Centre for job promotions, Succession Development Plans, Career enhancement programs to name a few
Responsible for org wide successful implementation for various L&D initiatives under Career Development, Mentoring, Coaching, Career Mobility, Performance & Feedback, Digital Reskilling, Self skilling etc
Accountable for presenting timely reports and dashboards to management and business related processes and initiatives
Excellent Communication skills
Should be able to deal with Senior Leaders with Service Mindset
Hands on with Database / system- SAP or other MIS System
Very proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Mail Merge etc.
Coordination drive should be high
Dealing with System teams ( Basic IT background added advantage)
Should be a Thinker & Innovator
Administration and Management Knowledge of different business, its clients and their requirement, management principles and Organizational goals. Capability to align this with individual career goals.
Personnel and Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures of L&D Function.
Communications flow within Organization Knowledge of communication mediums and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Essential to success in this role is the proactive management of relationships with the stakeholders across various locations and backgrounds, working closely with them and their teams to implement corporate HR initiatives.

Education and Experience
Indicate the minimum education level and years of relevant experience required to perform the work.
MBA in HR- Regular
Experience 3-5 years
Experience in L&D, Career, PMS or OD
