Scope of Decision Making:
Works with the managerial direction from the level above for drafting and implementing the strategic plan for the organization.
Level Specific Accountabilities:
Coordination with Plant/s and customer service associates
Ensure Capsule is registered in the developmental stages
Ensure qualification of Capsule in the TSE segment which are exclusively commercial with competition
Generate and qualify leads for existing and NPOs
Prepare regulatory business development action plans and schedules
Make calls to customers, R&D & Regulatory departments for new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Respond to technical / Regulatory inquiries and concerns
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Conduct market intelligence
Develop and maintain a customer database
Prepare Annual Budget for the territory and achieves targeted Sales volumes
Ensure price realization
Ensure collection from the Customer as per the credit limits
Obtain / update market information of the customers and competitors in order to frame an appropriate strategy
Identifies potential customers and develops them for commercial requirement
Regulatory support to customers
Build rapport with consuming locations based at Eastern region and Nepal / territories assigned
