Job Description

Formulating business plan and execution.
Achieve monthly and Annual goals set for sales volume
Meeting with customers, RFQ handling and Quotation preparation,
Negotiation and price settlement, Price revision
Creating new business opportunities
Customer Audit handling and co-ordination.
Preparing delivery planning and scheduling based on the customers requirement.
Ensuring timely deliveries of Finished Goods to achieve targets.
Taking care of existing customers to increase business.
Ensure deliveries in such a manner to meet the Business plan in order to utilize the production capacity.
Coordination with customer for Quotation, Specification, PO and PO price revision wrt price variance in raw materials.
Coordinate with production, Engineering and Quality team for planning and increasing production output.
Coordination with Other departments to achieve on time delivery of Finished Goods.
Coordination with finance department for Invoice v/s payment conciliation.
Follow up with the customer for payments.
Handling Customer queries and resolution about quality and delivery of Finished Goods.
Preparation of MIS report
