Position Title: Sr.Exe- HR & Admin
Qualifications and experience
o MSW or MBA HR.
o 5 years of experience in similar role from manufacturing industry.
o Knowledge and experience of using SAP- Not Mandatory
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives and Walk-Ins when required.
Work with hiring agencies.
Create Recruitment Authorization and Job descriptions
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Identify and assess future and current training needs and prepare training calendar
Conducting Training programs as per training calendar and adherence to calendar.
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and individual Monitoring and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new joiners
Prepare Calendar for Employee Engagement
Coordinate and support HR Manager for R&R.
Drive employee engagement activities
Coordinate employee surveys, employee communication
Nature & Scope
Help to achieve production Head count target
Interviewing Skills, Negotiating Skills, Communication Skills, Networking Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Branding Skills, Knowledge on administering psychometric tools and report generation and analysis.
Ability to provide after-hours supervision if required on-site
Maintain a work-life balance, yet have strong control over a 2 shift / 6 day manufacturing environment
