Mechanical/Automobile Graduate Engineer min.8 years of experiances into Automotive Interior Plastic.
Lead minimum 8 engg team and Handle operational issues & People Management.
Design Engineering of Automotive Interior plastic commodity (Instrument Panel, Console, Door Trims).
Having good hands on experience & standards on CAD tools like UG/NX ,Catia V5.
Must be aware of Automotive interior safety regulations
Must be aware of plastic manufacturing processes and secondary processes
Knowledge of GDT&T, stack-up analysis, RSS
Develop overall concepts for a new product
Good knowledge of customer specifications.
Hands on expereince of engineering tools like DFMEA, DFA, DFM
Coordinate with CAE for analysis, Understand CAE results and take actions. Discuss CAE resutls with customer
Problem solving techniques.
Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
Ability to establish, develop and lead team.
Hire, train, and mentor other engineers
Discuss and lay out project specifications.
Check technical accuracy of work done by engineers.
Ability to work under pressure
Impact the quality, timeline, effectiveness of the team and work of others on the team in order to improve the efficiency of the team
Ability to execute project with in time line.
Interaction with Internal different departments
On time Support to engineering department
Support to advanced engineering department for New RFQ proposal generation
Well versed in English / communication (verbal and written) to have discussion with International & Domestic Customers.
