Job Description

Candidate should be proficient in managing financial accounting, preparing MIS reports, receivables & payables managements, Payroll, banking activities and other activities leading upto finalisation of accounts.
Possess significant leadership qualities resulting in better financial performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team.
An effective team leader with excellent managing capabities
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skill with proficiency in explaining complex financial data.
Experience of Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities :
Finance & Accounts:
Maintaining Computerized Accounting upto Finalisation of accounts of various companies in the Group
Monitoring Revenue, Invoicing & Collection.
Liaising with Vendors
Banking Activities
Complete responsibility of day to day accounting.
Debtors & creditors reconciliation
Ensure collection from debtors and timely payment to creditors
Scrutinizing sales bills/purchase bills/payment vouchers and all the ledger
Bank Reconciliation
C Form / H Form Application and Follow up
Tracking periodic payments through monthly planner

Auditing
Ensuring internal audit periodically
Liaising with Auditors for financial and tax audits
Finalisation of Accounts

Budgeting & MIS
Preparation of expense budget, implement and monitoring of the same
Budgetary P & L account
Conducting various analyses to prepare report on variance between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
Preparing the MIS reports like Cash-Flow statement, Cost Analysis etc.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports like Cash Flow, P&L, Dash Board, Cost analysis, Debt analysis etc.
Monitoring Revenue, Invoicing.

Compliance
Payment of timely statutory dues under Income Tax Act, VAT, CST, PT, TDS etc.
Filing of MVAT/TDS/Income Tax/PT returns within prescribed deadlines
Handling ROC filings in liasion with CA
Ensuring compliance of all relevant regulations applicable to the company under Finance
Handling personal income tax files and managing periodic submissions of directors

Logistics (Inventory control and related expense control)
Managing Day to day entires
Conducting physical verification and reconciliation of stock periodically.
Stock Valuation

Management Skills
Assigning taskts to juniors
Monitoring their daily work and tracking performance
Creating plan of activities on a monthly basis for the team
Submitting monthly reports to management
