Job Description

Job Duties and Tasks :

1) Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

2) Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.

3) Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

4) Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

5) Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

6) Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

Salary : Rs.6000-7000 plus incentives

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
