Spearhead urgently requires Executive Assistant, Fresher (Inter) CA
The role will involve assisting the Director with all aspects of strategic planning process while providing administrative support.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Assisting with all aspects of administrative management to include Calendar Management( Directors only), Travel, Stationery, Vendor POs/ Receipting etc.
Organizing and maintaining files and office records
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing minutes of meetings (MOM)
Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and assist on presentations
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Create executive dashboard views by assimilating weekly, bi weekly and/or monthly reports from respective departments and business units and sets up CMD review meetings as necessary
Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Director and determine appropriate course of action, referral or response
Maintain personal and business calendars, coordinate external and internal meetings, prepare correspondence and reports, and maintain all records.
Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Prepare Executive presentations
Preparing minutes of meetings and follow up on daily basis

Hands on experience on MS Office is a must
