Job Description

Very urgent Opening for the post of Asst. ASST RESTAURANT MANAGER/ RESTAURANT MANAGER / RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER.



Companies will take only Walking interview / Skype / Telephonic interview.

Salary: 20,000/- to 38,000/- (Negotiable)

Age: 25 to 33 Year's

Qualification: Hotel management Degree/Diploma.



Experience Required: 3 to 10 Years in Relevant Field's.



Willing to Relocate anywhere in Eastern Region in India.



KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:-

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Handling a team of dedicated employee’s and Help them to get their work should be done within the time limit.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate staff to higher achievement, superb customer relation skills.

4. Responsible for looking after guests and attending to their needs during their visit, welcoming them to the restaurant,

5. Remarkable ability to work with diverse individuals and groups, work with data of different types and purposes, and utilize a wide variety of job related equipment

6. Maintain file and make reports related to operation.

7. Maintaining daily sale’s report's according to work.

8. Able to structure, create and build teams, and motivate employees to perform to their maximum potential.

9. Ability to plan for routine services and deliveries.

10 .Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.

11 .Remarkable skills to develop menu's far enough in advance so that supplies can be ordered and received in time,

12. Place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies, If required.

13. Check on customers asking if they are Satisfied their meals and service.

* Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
