Handling Events
Managed print media and electronic media
Outdoor publicity.
Profile management in the media .
Coordinate with the creative agencies.
Plan, implement and monitor corporate communications to drive growth in the interest of ICC.
Interfacing between the execution teams & client, ensuring the delivery of Quality Events. Coordinate & liaise with
cross functional departments for conceptualizing & managing events while coordinating with the vendors & venue for
smooth execution of all operations.
Conducting Seminars, Workshops, Meetings, Conferences, Interactive Session other corporate events and
Awareness Programs on HR & IR based subjects.
Conducted events in association with Government Directorates like DGFASLI, EPFO, ESIC, FSAI, INTUC, INTTUC,
CITU Trade Union Leaders and Eminent Expert speakers from Corporate and Training Institutions for Programmes
like Series of Workshops, Conferences, Training Programmes, Meetings of ICC.
Successfully conducted 48 events ranging Export Import, HR & IR.
Creation of database for about 4254 corporate delegates.
Involved in conceptualizing, planning, implementing and monitoring of event related issues.
Negotiated and arranged for Sponsorships and also contacted, approached and invited various Ministers, Secretaries
and other Dignitaries to address and Inaugurate Sessions from Central and State Ministries.
Understanding the needs and requirements of clients and providing them with appropriate and high quality services,
with consistent follow up and to facilitate excellent PR work and wide publicity.
Effective management of customer relation operations and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through
providing quality service and ensuring adherence to service quality norms.
Customer handling through client interaction. Responsible for resolving customer service and quality standards
queries/ issues.
Formulating effective communication strategies, carrying out media planning, and critical networking amongst media
as well as the target customers.

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.
Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
