Candidates having 12 - 15 Years of Real Estate sales experience in selling High End Residential properties (Villas & Senior Housing).
Out of which 3 years as Head of the Project Sales.
Should possess good communication skills, having thorough knowledge of Marketing & Sales Processes and have innovative ideas of lead generation,
Digital Marketing, developing Channel Sales, ability to negotiate and close the retail and bulk deals.

Requirements



Identify potential clients for leasing of commercial space.
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions,
Provide inputs on pricing participate in reviews, proposals & seek approvals.
Identify prospective clients & industries, conduct direct marketing.
Create sales channels, initiate promotional activities & provide product information.
Marketing intelligence for better positioning in the market.
Collate industry & statutory information & liaise with the Govt bodies.
Build & maintain rapport with agents, building associates, clients, government bodies to generate leads & referrals.
Competition mapping,
Liaise with market intelligence sources to collate industry information
Participate in business planning, pricing decision, & leasing strategy
Coordinate with Corp. Comm. address the Marketing - Communication related activities
Create, grow and strengthen sales channels, Building of prospects
Network with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and Brokers soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from desirable prospective clients and writing
Coordinate techno-commercial issues with project and legal team.
Develop project Brochures, Presentations
Compilation of MIS reports

Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
