MUST HAVE TO HAVE A STRONG KNOWLEDGE HANDLING REAL ESTATE LEGAL MATTERS

• Company related matter, Mutation, Conversion, Sanction from Various Department.
• Drafting various document like Notice, Power of attorney, Sale Deed, MOU, Agreement for sale, Joint Venture agreement, Land Agreement, License Agreement etc
• Represent the company In Court on various legal dispute i.e. Civil dispute, Criminal dispute, Tenancy dispute, Land dispute, Consumer Court dispute, N. I. Act etc.

• Practicing as an advocate.
• Drafting various document like Notice, Power of attorney, Sale Deed, MOU, Agreement for sale, JV agreement, Land Agreement, License Agreement etc.
• Dealing cases relating to Civil matter, Criminal matter, Tenancy matter, Consumer Court matter, Matrimonial & Family Dispute, N. I. Act etc.



Review and provide legal advice on company documents.

Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.

Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

Provide legal protection and risk management, advice to management especially on contract management.

Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.

Policy development.

Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.

Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.

Litigation management.

Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.

Monitor risks & threats related to Brand Infringement, Staff Background Check, Misappropriation by staff members and other such functions.


Salary : Negotiable

• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
