Job description

• 3-8 years’ experience in direct sales of Crushing & Screening equipment/industrial products in steel/mining
industry

• Strong experience in techno commercial sales

• Good Commercial Awareness

• Willing to undertake travel

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of tender business will be preferred

Responsible for product marketing

Making of product business plan

Competition study

Growth potential of product

Responsible for product profitability

Responsible for product sales , marketing

Responsible for product enquiry generation

Set up a marketing team , dealership ,resident managers across country

Responsible for introducing product features

Good leadership qualities

We charge 1 month salary in two installments from candidates for providing jobs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating new sales throughout the designated territory using existing customers and contacts but
predominantly from developing new leads and winning new business.
• In addition, the individual will interview, train, supervise and develop staff to meet targets for his
region; plan sales campaigns as necessary and prepare requisite sales reports for the board of
directors on a regular basis (at least monthly).

Job Purpose:

• Successfully manage and develop sales, closing new deals using a strong technical knowledge.
• Help to increase the company’s overall turnover in designated areas.

Other Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer opportunities (you will be required to visit customers across the region in
order to identify potential sales opportunities);
• Maintaining close contact with existing customers and closing existing sales opportunities;
• Demonstrating products to potential customers where required;
• Building brand awareness and developing “Unique Selling Points” (USPs);
• Creating Quotations where required;
• Developing new ideas/concepts to improve our existing range, giving instant feedback on current
plant to design personnel.
• Advising and helping on marketing literature / exhibitions relevant to this territory.
• Providing the company with any relevant information regarding potential competitors in the market
place.
• Managing existing appointed sales executives and adding personnel to build on this team to ensure
adequate sales coverage of the designated market.
• Prepare and present sales reports (including sales strategy documentation) as required (at least General Responsibilities in the business:
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may, from time to time, be reasonably required within the role.
General Responsibilities in Health & Safety

Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
