Job Description

DCDP DUTIES:

To monitor stock movement and be responsible for or

dering on your section

To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.

To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained an

d communicated to all relevant

personnel.

To be responsible for completing your mis en place

To learn and record skills and recipes from other m

embers of the department

To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef i

mmediately.

To comply with all Goodwood policies and procedures

to ensure that all statutory regulations

are observed.

To liaise with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and impleme

nt new menu/dishes/systems where

applicable

To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to,

such as food hygiene policies

To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant k

itchen at busy times if required

 

Commis I,II & III:

Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

Informs on a daily basis the Chef De Partie on all relevant information on operational and personal matters

Sees to it that all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards

Prepares on daily basis food requisitions as assigned

Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers

Performs duties common to position and other duties as maybe assigned

Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control

Ensure that cost control policies and procedures are followed

Attends training sessions

Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance

Ensures freshness and suitability of products used by the section and that they are stored properly

Ensures smooth running of the section during Demi Chef De parties absences

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
