The Candidate should have 7-10 Years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure Solution and should have at least 1 years of Pre-Sales experience in Data Center, Managed Hosting & Cloud Solution
Candidate should have in depth understanding of the basic components of Data Center Infrastructure like Servers, SAN Storages and Backup methodologies and policies available in the market
Candidate should have good amount of understanding on the widely used server operating Systems like Microsoft Windows Server, RHEL, Suse-Linux and basic understanding of the operating systems like Oracle Sun Solaris, IBM AIX and HP-UX
Candidate should have understanding the the Storage Technology and Architecture usually followed in the industry.
Candidate should have good amount of understanding on the Managed Security Solution. However, the in depth working experience is not expected
Candidate should have in basic understanding of components of Data Center Infrastructure like Firewalls, Load Balancers and Switches (including the Firewall Zones, DMZ, VLAN, Routing, Trunking, Application and Web Load Balancing etc.,)
Candidate should have in depth understanding of the virtualization technology available in the market (Example: VMware, Citrix Xen, Microsoft Hyper V)
Candidate should work with the Generic Solution Architects Group, Business Development Management, Product Management and Account Managers in the region and make sure that he acts a specialist for any DC infrastructure or Cloud related queries
Candidate should maintain the good relationship with the OEMs and vendors to collaborate and design the best and cost effective solution suitable for the customer
Candidate should posses effective communication skills the convey the designed solution to the customer and other internal stake holders.
Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal direction and assistance from others
