Perform analysis and requirements gathering with sales / account management.
Match the service that can best suitably address customer needs
Develop the solution document for discussion with customer
Support sales / account management pre/post or during the solution discussion
Create clear and transparent documentation on existing process flows and determine gaps in solution that may impact meeting customer requirements
Monitor market / services trends, gather and perform analysis of solutions offered by competition
Work with internal teams on pricing for the solution proposed to client
Facilitate deal review for managing exceptions
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and cross functional teams - Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, Finance etc. for ensuring
Consistently communicate to all stakeholders on progress / changes in existing / new solutions
Engage in regular and periodic reviews with supervisor
Willingly accepts direction from supervisor. Completes other duties as assigned.
Work independently on deliverables assigned with full accountability / ownership
Ensure continuous adherence to internal / company guidelines on every aspect to delivery, communications.
Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality.
