Qualification: B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. / Diploma
Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering / Industrial
Additional Qualification (Not essential, but will be an added advantage):Diploma / MBA in Marketing / Sales
Desired Experience: 2 3years in Direct Sales of Software/ Electronics / Instrumentation / Technical products
Strong Technical Knowledge, Excellent Communication skills, Ability to be flexible and proactive.
Willingness to Travel extensively in the Target Territory assigned
Additional Skills / experience(Not essential, but will be an added advantage):
Strong knowledge of Embedded Systems and Softwares during the Product Development Life Cycle including Code generation, Code Debugging & Validation, Reliability assessment & mathematical modeling.
Progressive experience in Embedded Industry
Experience in selling products to Defence, Government, Corporates& Institutional establishments.
-Will be responsible for business development & sales of Software products (Embedded / Engineering Software)
-Responsible for Business Goals in the defined target territory.
-Develop the new customers in the target territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Generate New Business. Including understanding customer requirements and preparing the Techno-Commercial proposal
-Responsible for the Sales closure with pro-active follow-ups.
-Responsible for accurate business forecasting.
-Managing Existing Customer set in the territory.
